Hard-to-find or out-of-network items
If an item is unavailable through our regular distributors and you authorize STX to locate it through an outside source, a 10% sourcing fee may apply. We will disclose the sourcing fee and total price before you approve the order.
No surprises: Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase. You will know the quoted price and any applicable sourcing fee before STX proceeds.
