Online shopping and regulated transfers
STX Bullseye operates an online store where customers may browse products, add items to a cart, place and pay for orders, select a receiving FFL for regulated products, choose local pickup when available, and ship eligible non-FFL products to an allowed address.
Online payment does not complete a regulated firearm transfer. Form 4473 and related transfer steps are not completed through ordinary website contact forms. Possession of a firearm occurs only after the receiving FFL (or STX Bullseye for lawful local pickup) completes the required transfer process under applicable law.
In-person regulated services
Firearm transfers and other regulated services remain subject to:
- Applicable federal, state, and local law
- Customer eligibility requirements
- Valid government-issued identification
- Required transfer paperwork
- Background check requirements when applicable
Sensitive information
Do not submit Form 4473 answers, background-check details, or full payment-card numbers through ordinary contact or request forms. Card payments, when offered, use the installed payment gateway fields. Transfer paperwork is handled through the lawful transfer process.
