Overview
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, timing, and whether a firearm transfer has been completed. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Firearms
- Firearms transferred to the purchaser are generally non-returnable except where required by applicable law.
- Customers must inspect firearms before accepting transfer.
- Manufacturer defects discovered after transfer are generally handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Eligible Non-Firearm Merchandise
- Eligible non-firearm merchandise has a 14-day return period from delivery or pickup, unless marked otherwise.
- Unopened eligible merchandise may receive a refund after inspection and approval.
- Opened but unused and resalable eligible merchandise may be accepted with a 10% restocking fee.
Special Orders
Special-order cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a minimum of $25, plus non-refundable outside fees and shipping charged by distributors, carriers, or other third parties. Checking STX Bullseye’s regular distributor network has no separate sourcing fee. A 10% sourcing fee may apply only when you authorize an outside-network search for a hard-to-find item and STX discloses that fee and the total quoted price before you approve the order.
Non-Refundable Charges
Transfer fees, shipping charges, service fees, and other identified charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an STX Bullseye error.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following are non-returnable:
- Ammunition
- Mounted optics
- Installed parts
- Clearance / final-sale products
- Gift cards
- Other products identified as non-returnable on the listing, invoice, or checkout notice
Damage or Incorrect Items
Damage or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery or pickup. Keep original packaging and photograph the issue when reasonably possible. Late reports may not qualify for return or replacement.
Return Authorization
Contact STX Bullseye before returning any item. We will provide return instructions when a return is authorized. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed for review.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Processing time depends on the payment processor and card issuer. Store credit is used only if expressly offered for a specific return.
