These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the STX Bullseye website and related online shopping features operated by STX Bullseye at 150 South Texas Boulevard, Suite 8, Weslaco, TX 78596. By accessing the site, creating an account, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place orders.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using this website, submitting order information, or checking out constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and FFL Transfer Policy. Additional product-page or checkout notices may also apply.
2. Eligibility, Age, and Legal Compliance
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and to purchase or receive the items you order under applicable federal, state, and local law. Customers must satisfy all applicable federal, state, and local age requirements before purchasing regulated products. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes. STX Bullseye may request information reasonably needed to process an order or comply with law.
3. Online Orders
Customers may browse products, add items to a WooCommerce cart, and place and pay for online orders where checkout is available. A submitted order is a request to purchase. It may be reviewed before final acceptance. Payment of an order total does not, by itself, guarantee that the order will be fulfilled or that a firearm will be transferred.
4. Firearm Purchases and FFL Transfers
Firearms and other items that require a federal firearms licensee (FFL) transfer are not shipped directly to the purchaser when an FFL transfer is required. Such items are shipped only to an eligible receiving FFL selected during checkout, or made available for lawful local pickup at STX Bullseye when that option is offered. Possession occurs only after the receiving FFL (or STX Bullseye for local pickup) completes the required transfer process under applicable law.
5. Identity, Background Check, and Transfer Requirements
Transfer paperwork, identity verification, and any applicable background check are completed through the receiving dealer’s lawful in-person (or otherwise legally permitted) transfer process before possession. Do not submit Form 4473 or background-check answers through ordinary website contact forms. STX Bullseye does not claim that online checkout determines whether you are legally eligible to possess a firearm before the receiving FFL completes the required transfer process.
6. Customer Responsibility for State and Local Laws
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to purchase, possession, transfer, transport, and ownership of firearms, ammunition, magazines, and related products in your jurisdiction. Selecting an item online does not mean it is legal for you to receive or possess it.
7. Product Information, Availability, and Inventory
Product photos, descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are provided for shopping convenience and may contain errors or become outdated. Inventory displayed on the website may change without notice due to sales, sync delays, or fulfillment constraints. Listing a product does not guarantee that it remains available when your order is reviewed or fulfilled. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted by STX Bullseye.
8. Pricing, Listing, and Technical Errors
STX Bullseye may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors before or after an order is submitted. If we discover a pricing, inventory, listing, or technical error, we may cancel or refuse the affected order (or portion of an order), contact you about corrected terms, or decline to fulfill the incorrect listing. We are not obligated to honor an obvious error.
9. Order Acceptance, Refusal, and Cancellation
STX Bullseye may cancel or refuse an order, in whole or in part, because of inventory problems, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, legal or shipping restrictions, inability to verify a receiving FFL, customer ineligibility concerns raised during lawful transfer procedures, or other legitimate compliance or operational concerns. If an order is cancelled after payment authorization or capture, refund handling follows the Refund & Returns Policy and the payment processor’s procedures.
10. Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through the installed payment gateway and payment processor (including Authorize.Net and the applicable merchant-services provider where configured). Card entry fields are provided or processed by that gateway/processor. Completing payment does not guarantee fulfillment or transfer approval.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods depend on the products in your cart. Firearms requiring FFL transfer ship to the selected receiving FFL. Eligible non-FFL merchandise may ship directly to an allowed address where permitted. Local pickup may be available. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Details are in the Shipping Policy.
12. Local Pickup
When local pickup is offered and selected, you (or an authorized person where permitted by law and store policy) must pick up at STX Bullseye during posted or confirmed hours. Firearm pickups require completion of all required transfer steps before release. Bring valid government-issued photo ID and any other documentation required by law.
13. Receiving FFL Responsibilities and Fees
Before checkout, contact the receiving FFL to confirm that it accepts transfers of your item and to learn its separately charged transfer fee and requirements. The receiving FFL’s fee is charged by that dealer and is separate from amounts paid to STX Bullseye unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. See the FFL Transfer Policy.
14. Ammunition and Other Regulated Products
Ammunition, magazines, and other regulated products may be subject to age, residency, quantity, shipping, and destination restrictions. STX Bullseye may refuse shipment or sale where restricted. You are responsible for lawful receipt and possession.
15. Restricted Locations and Products
STX Bullseye does not promise shipping to every state, locality, or address. Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. PO Boxes and similar addresses may be unavailable for some shipments. We may cancel restricted items from an order.
16. Export Control
STX Bullseye will not knowingly ship products in violation of U.S. export laws or applicable sanctions. Customers are responsible for complying with export, re-export, and sanctions rules that apply to their orders and destinations.
17. Special Orders
Special-order or item-request forms are used to inquire about availability. They do not complete a regulated transfer by themselves. Special-order deposits, cancellations, and restocking, when applicable, follow the Refund & Returns Policy and any written confirmation provided for that order.
18. Membership Terms
STX Bullseye memberships purchased in store or online are recorded in STX membership systems. Your website account is for online shopping and account access; it is not the sole authoritative membership record. In-store claim codes are single-use. Automatic claim attempts may be limited; after repeated unsuccessful attempts, a staff verification review may be opened. Staff review timing varies and is not guaranteed within any fixed period such as 24–48 hours.
Member pricing and benefits, when offered, require an active membership verified with STX systems at relevant points such as cart and checkout. If membership is expired or revoked, member pricing may be removed while products remain in your cart. Do not share claim codes publicly. Membership claim and linking flows do not collect payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or passwords for transmission to STX APIs.
19. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees
Returns, refunds, restocking fees, non-returnable items, and related rules are governed by the separate Refund & Returns Policy. In case of conflict on return topics, that policy controls.
20. Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. STX Bullseye does not create an additional product warranty unless a written store warranty is expressly provided for a specific sale.
21. Fraud Prevention
STX Bullseye may review orders for fraud, misuse, or compliance risk; request verification; delay fulfillment; or cancel orders. Providing false information, attempting straw purchases, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited and may be reported as required by law.
22. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by STX Bullseye or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse site content without permission, except for ordinary personal shopping use. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, or misuse forms.
23. DMCA / Copyright Notices
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to STX Bullseye at the contact address below that includes: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. STX Bullseye may remove or disable access to material upon receiving a proper notice and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
24. Third-Party Services and Links
Checkout, payments, FFL selection tools, shipping carriers, distributors, and hosting may involve third-party services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean STX Bullseye controls or endorses those sites.
25. Website Availability
STX Bullseye does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the website. The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
26. No Legal Advice
Informational pages on this website—including product descriptions, FAQs, compliance notices, and policy summaries—are for general shopping and operational information only. They are not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for advice about your specific situation.
27. Force Majeure
STX Bullseye is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier interruptions, natural disasters, government action, supplier shortages, labor disputes, cyber incidents, utility failures, or similar events.

30. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STX Bullseye and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, unlawful orders, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by STX Bullseye’s own willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted by law.
31. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas (or another Texas venue required by mandatory law) are the intended venue for disputes arising from these Terms or online orders, subject to applicable law.

STX Bullseye may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where a different acceptance method is required by law.
