Luth-AR's .233/5.56 Double Tungsten H2 Carbine Buffer contains 2 tungsten slugs and a single steel slug in the buffer for a total weight of 4.8 oz. Using a heavier AR-15 buffer helps improve reliable function with shorter gas systems. You may also experience a reduction in felt recoil.
