NCSTAR included many of the AR15/M4 tools that you may need to assemble your AR from a stripped lower receiver and for attaching all kinds of after market accessories to custom configure your rifle/carbine to you specific needs. The tools are organized on a large Black Cleaning Mat that can be rolled up with the tools secured into a compact package.
